im here to clear ur doubt (what is difference between 128kbps and 320 kbps?)...

128kbps:this format contains a limited music extensions(low clarity in audio play)

320 vbr or kbps :have a clear with high clarity in audio..it is mostly preferable to enjoy the audio of rock , jazz ..in high volume too ull get clear audio.
disadvantage:320vbr file contains more mb then 128kbps.

***where u may not find difference in loud or out speakers,to know difference,try the 2 formats placing in ipods
